MoneyPak: Send Money To Paypal without Bank Account

PayPal is the largest payment gateway in the world, and millions of people are using it to send and receive money. But PayPal needs you to have a credit card, or at least a bank account for you to add money to your PayPal account and then transfer or spend it.
